Maintenance
Your customised doormat will be delivered rolled. To avoid damaging the inlay, the mat must be laid flat as soon as you receive it.
Cleaning
We recommend cleaning the mat regularly and removing stains with neutral soap or other mild products. Do not machine wash. A carpet beater or a soft sponge with neutral soap is sufficient. If the doormat is personalised, do not roll it up, as the inlay could come unstuck.
