General: Items selected from the virtual catalog of the zerbini.shop website may be purchased under the following conditions.
Prices: All prices offered on the zerbini.shop website are to be considered exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. All product sales prices indicated on the zerbini.shop Site will be expressed in Euros. The prices of individual products, indicated on the Site from time to time, may be changed even without notice, and thus the current prices supersede and replace the previous ones. The prices applied will always be those indicated on the Site at the time of the purchase order.
Order Acceptance: The purchase of the requested items will take place through the following stages: By submitting the order, the customer transmits a purchase proposal of the selected product or products to MDM SRL. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive the subsequent communications from zerbini.shop described below, which are exclusively aimed at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. zerbini.shop confirms receipt of the order transmitted by the customer with an email message, assigning a ‘Customer Code’ which must be used in all further communications with zerbini.shop. The customer has 24 hours from the placement of the order to communicate any cancellation to MDM SRL, by sending an email to info@mdmcampionari.it or by Registered Mail (Raccomandata A/R) to MDM SRL Viale Mediterraneo, z.na ind.le 74023 Grottaglie (TA) Italy. In any case, zerbini.shop will verify the actual stock availability of the requested goods; if part of the products is missing, zerbini.shop will communicate this by telephone, to the number indicated by the customer, or by email, requesting confirmation of the order fulfillment with only the available goods. Once the order is accepted, zerbini.shop will conclude the purchase procedure by sending the requested product/products.
Payments: Payments can be made using the following methods:

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy): Pursuant to art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), the right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises is excluded regarding the supply of goods custom-made or clearly personalized.
